Intact Technology uses various advanced scientific procedures that have been tried and tested to be used worldwide for purifying drinking water as well as water used by millions for domestic purposes. These procedures are labeled & detailed below –



Reverse Osmosis

Reverse Osmosis refers to the process where water is passed through a membrane which is semi-permeable in nature. This specific membrane is designed to withstand high pressure and elastic tension. The molecular construction of the membrane is as such that it only allows water molecules to pass through, blocking all of the other foreign impurities behind, giving you impeccably purified water devoid of any pollutants. Reverse Osmosis helps get rid of both organic and inorganic pollutants like dissolved salts, bacteria, pyrogens and solid wastes.

TDS

TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids. Inorganic salts such as calcium, magnesium, sodium & magnesium are present in the water constitute of the TDS content and are effectively removed by Intact Technology products.

UV Filtration -

This method of filtration gets rid of the organic microbes in your water without the use of any secondary chemical distillation. The process does not impart any additional taste or color to the water. It destroys nearly 99.99% of the bacteria present in the water. UV filtration is a process that runs of low energy and is a very low maintenance procedure. It helps get rid of harmful microbes like E.coli, cryptosporidium and more.

Ultra Filtration

During this process, the concept of filtration is more stressed on a molecular basis. A micro-filter used during the process of UF has the pore size of 0.1 microns, so that all of the micro-organisms, inorganic pollutants, and more get left out as pure water gets filtered. It is an efficient step in water filtration that helps segregate the larger particles that are mixed with the water. This ensures that the impurities do not clog the filters in further stages of filtration.

Demineralization

The process of Demineralization removes impurities from water, transitioning it from “hard” to soft water. It is done through the process of distillation, deionization, membrane filtration & electrodialysis. It removes sodium, calcium, iron, copper ions. Raw untreated hard water is treated with polystyrene bead-filled ion exchange resin bed. We use two-bed deionization and mix-bed deionization as well that results in pure water production. It is a highly economical process that involves less power consumption as well.
